Not bad but overpriced

Apartments are bright and renovated.
Cons
The first floor always smells bad because of the trash. Could work on hygiene and sanitization. Apartments are way to expensive given how small they are
Small/Quirky Layout for the price- but overall nice!
Pros
Well maintained building and never had any issues with the landlord. Always get a quick response need be. Updated finishes and everything is very new. Dishwasher, fridge, kitchen sink/faucet situation are all great. Good size closets.
Cons
Sound travels so it can get noisy when tenants are talking while going up and down the stairs but not big deal. The AC doesn't go below 75 and it can take awhile to cool the unit down. My unit gets dusty super easily, not sure why but could be because of the air filters. The layout is not ideal and expensive for what you get, but the location is great.
