Pros

I loved how quiet the building and the surrounding area was. The units are prewar and large. Neighbors on my floor were cordial, and the building super was always responsive.

Cons

While pest control is offered monthly, I still would see roaches in my unit in the bathroom (odd) and kitchen area (I am very clean so while this is expected in an older unit in a pre-war building, it is frustrating). When damage are caused by other shareholders, property management is slow to address the issue and bill that shareholder back. My unit was damaged by leaks several times during the 10years I lived there’s I had to practically chase down the unit shareholder to get my walls patched and painted. It took months!

Advice to the owners

Increase pest control services and be more proactive when handing unit shareholder caused damages that impact other residents.
