Overall Positive Experience

Pros

Management is pretty responsive but they take a while to get bigger requests fulfilled. The hallways and lobby are always quite clean and smell nice. Elevator never really out of service. Laundry in building has HUGE washers and dryers for no cost. Rooftop is unfurnished but nice.

Cons

Had a roach infestation a couple years ago, went away, and now we're seeing 1 or 2 periodically due to construction next door. A lot of construction around the building as the neighborhood is being gentrified.
