If you're looking to rent here make sure it is a rent stabilized unit
Pros
location is ideal as well as proximity to the 179St Station. The gardens and the monastery across the street are great to have. The building staff always help out even though they're overwhelmed by requests.
Cons
There is a roach problem overall in the building. Heat is never consistent during winter. My floor's neighbors are very loud since I moved here. Trash depository room needs some serious update or it will continue to be a mess for all residents.
Advice to the owners
Please update trash rooms, it will help control pests and increase cleanliness. Heat should always be consistent during winter and it isn't.
