Great Apartment, Low Price, Hazardous, Building - do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
lots of natural light, great amenities, well renovated, high ceilings, roof access, lots of storage, large, functional kitchen, rent stabilized, big
Cons:
the managers do not take care of pests properly. they let cockroach infestations progress for months and refuse to hire an exterminator. The neighbors trash the hallway, littering everywhere and constantly filling the space with cigarette smoke which wafts into the apartment. Homeless people get in from the street because the front door is constantly breaking and not being fixed. They leave urine, trash, and terrible smells. It is an unsafe and unsanitary place to live and likely has other pests and issues not being disclosed. Pieces of the ceiling are falling into the stairwell and leaks regularly pop up and aren't dealt with.
Advice to owner:
Hire an exterminator, put in a security camera, clean the hallway regularly, fix the front door.

Bedroom size studios
Former Tenant
Pros:
Are cheap, the interiors looks good, has renovated fridge, and tiles and wood floors.
Cons:
Tiny tiny studios, just a bedroom. Thin wall so you can hear everything, phone calls even sex from other floors.
Advice to owner:
Is not a place to allow annoying pets, tiny studios with cardboard wall could be a night mare to sleep.
