Great Building in a Great Location

Pros

Big, normal shaped apartments (if you have lived in NYC you know what I mean, some apartments can't possibly fit furniture). Management just changed and is super responsive. The super is also very nice and takes good care of the building.

Cons

Some apartments have small appliances. We lived with them for several years, so they are absolutely not a reason to not live here - but it did become difficult to fit things in our dishwasher and fridge.

Advice to the owners

All the advice I had was for the previous building management - the new management has done an excellent job.

Studio apt at 114 e 28th

Pros

Highish ceilings large studio with huge kitchen and big floor to ceiling window.

Cons

They were doing construction in the courtyard.
