Great Building, Great Location, Shady Management
Pros
Building has great neighbors. Apartments have big kitchens and living rooms. Best of all is the thick walls. You really can't hear much of anything going on in other apartments.
Cons
Management is often slow to respond to urgent issues.

Great apartment poorly managed.
Pros
Sound proofing between apartments is solid. Decent price for the space and location.
Cons
Management company and are slow to respond or don’t respond at all, and fix things as cheaply as possible.
