Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by DAVID SIMHAEE show a mixed experience with management. Tenants praise the responsiveness and friendliness of the owner on general issues, along with spacious apartments and good locations. However, major concerns persist about cleanliness and garbage management, with frequent complaints about pests like roaches and mice, foul odors, and poorly maintained common areas. Noise levels and neighbor disturbances are recurring issues in several buildings. While some tenants approve of the owner’s attentiveness, many highlight the need for improved pest control, better trash disposal practices, and more serious attention to maintenance requests to enhance living conditions.

Decent place to live

Pros

High ceilings, wood floors, large windows

Cons

Common areas are a bit dirty and the kitchen is extremely tiny and not well constructed

Apartment really Sucks, Mold, Mice, and Meth Heads

Pros

Apartment was cheap and spacious, no fee as well. Most Utilities are covered.

Cons

Mice occasionally seen on the floor. As well as roaches. Flies are everywhere because the garbage room is full of it. My apartment had mold growing in the corner near the bathroom. The bathrooms have no grout and the tiles are poorly placed a cesspool for mold. My packages would get stolen constantly. There are meth-heads outside of the building that constantly sit on the front door and they'll occasionally pee on the area and the area smells like piss. This building is overall garbage.
