I wanna Leave so bad

Pros:
- The only Pro's I can say about this building is the woman who comes in everyday to clean the building. this place would be an absolute pig sty if she was not here.

- another Pro is the free things that are left in the lobby for other tenants who might want things. I think its a nice way to donate
Cons:
if you love smelling either weed or cigarettes in the elevator while taking your kids to school in the morning or a never ending amount of CAT SIZED ROACHES that emerge from your sink or seemingly out of nowhere, as well as concerts of whatever the people downstairs feel like listening to with a speaker bigger than your living room at 4am with a whole bunch of people who do not live in this building sitting outside smoking and making an absolute mess of the place.
as well the Scaffolding that has been here for over 6 years. and the fact that I can hear my neighbor sneeze due to the paper thin walls then this is the place for you!

no sleep, second hand smoke, and no hot water in the morning will be your life!!!

There is probably stagnant water at the bottom of the elevator shaft because there are always mosquitoes in the elevator and in my bedroom. Treat the water or dry up the water
