Million dollar view of Hudson river
Pros
Window with the best view of Hudson River, elevator building with doorman, laundry
Cons
On some cold winter days I didn’t think the heat was warm enough, the highway can get noisy during the summer with motor cycles and, the water had some rust
Advice to the owners
Warmer apartments would be nice, clean the pipes

Cheap, but you kinda get what you paid for
Pros
Cheap appartements because of rent stabilization
Cons
The landlord is very elderly and gets confused easily. Often you need to organize repairs yourself. Garbage in the appartment is really gross.
Advice to the owners
If you are not able to manage the building anymore, please hire a management company.
