You have to fix everything yourself
Pros
Great light in the building, location is excellent
Cons
Anytime I asked for something to be fix, I was told that I had 'tampered' with it and was at fault. I'm not sure why I would have wanted to put a leak in the radiator or break an obviously decades old lock. . . She would eventually fix things but often had to threaten a 311 call. She also said that she was watching us coming and going on the camera so she knew when we were breaking things - it got very uncomfortable.
Advice to the owners
Don't blame your tenants for standard maintenance
