Horrible building management

Pros

Nice building staff

Cons

Absolutely atrocious building management that has done nothing to evict or curb the tenant from apartment 11H who have been a resident since 2018 and evidently either struggles with mental health or god knows what.

Former tenant·8 months ago

I lived at this location for 1 year, the 1 bedroom apartment was really roomy

Pros

Location was great, Apt was incredibly spacious as far as 1bedrooms go for NYC. Utilities were fairly low specially since the cost of AC is covered by the building.

Cons

The kitchen was extremely small and very difficult to work with.
