Good building, Mgmt is TERRIBLE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Keyless entry, W/D in unit, Dishwasher, location
Cons:
Inconsistent- some mtx requests are solved quickly, others not so much.
No actual person to talk to when need mtx - is all in-app and calling the number for the property manager reaches a call ctr, not the PM (OM only responds to mtx requests in email form)
Super is v nice but expect them to send him at least 4 times and make many excuses before maintenance requests are taken seriously enough to be fixed by a licensed technician.
Property manager ignores whatever they don’t feel like addressing.
Advice to owner:
Get a REAL property manager who can address issues in person/in real time
