Gorgeous building, Subpar Landlord

Pros:
The building is gorgeous and the apartments are big and rent stabilized.
Cons:
Owner was difficult to get in touch with. No super on site. Didn’t send pest control. Had a mouse infestation and had to deal with it on my own
