Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Leah Waldman indicate a mixed experience. Residents appreciate the effective online portal for maintenance requests and generally commend the cleanliness and garbage management. However, there are notable concerns over heating issues, with some units facing prolonged outages, impacting comfort. Noise levels can be considerable due to thin windows, leading to disturbances from the street. While owner responsiveness is deemed acceptable, some tenants feel it could be improved. Overall, the buildings offer a balance of space and amenities, but prospective renters should be mindful of potential maintenance delays and noise disturbances.

Not phenomenal, but not the worst

Pros

Online portal for tenants makes putting in maintenance requests easy.

Cons

Since the super cannot enter without a tenant home, it makes it hard to schedule service requests as he has limited hours.

eh it's fine but also

Pros

good amount of space, roof rights, weirdly free of pest i haven't seen a single roach or anything

Cons

heat was out like half the winter and they could not figure it out for the life of them. air conditioning in the living room is still out. the wiring for electric is done wrong but that's supposed to be fixed soon at least..... electric bills were insane for so long
