Review Summary for Leah Waldman
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews indicate that buildings managed by LEAH WALDMAN are a mixed bag. While the cleanliness and garbage management are satisfactory, concerns arise regarding heating issues, thin windows causing noise disturbances, and inadequate water pressure. Residents appreciate the owner's responsiveness to maintenance requests but highlight flaws in building infrastructure. Despite some drawbacks, the management is generally approved, especially for its responsiveness. Recommendations include improving building construction quality and addressing noise issues. Overall, these buildings are deemed acceptable for those seeking budget-friendly options with moderate management support.

eh it's fine but also
Former Tenant
Pros:
good amount of space, roof rights, weirdly free of pest i haven't seen a single roach or anything
Cons:
heat was out like half the winter and they could not figure it out for the life of them. air conditioning in the living room is still out. the wiring for electric is done wrong but that's supposed to be fixed soon at least..... electric bills were insane for so long

A fine starter apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is responsive to maintenance requests and the natural light in the bedrooms is great
Cons:
The living room does not have windows, the windows in the bedrooms are so thin that just normal speaking voices on the street can be heard from the third floor
Advice to owner:
Provide thicker windows

Fine for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is relatively responsive, and the rooftop is nice.
Cons:
I can hear conversations on the street all the way from the third floor. This isn't a very well built building, but it's fine for a cheap rental.
Advice to owner:
You're doing alright with what you've got, but these apartments are designed so weird.
