Quiet and clean. the people in the building are really nice. There is never anything crazy going on.
Cons:
Strict rules that you need to follow. The building is old so the floors make noise and the walls are thin. There are a lot of noise rules, so just be cautious because even when you are trying not to make noise, you are making noise.

Elvis the super is always super responsive and the tenants here are so sweet. Have lived in the building for 9 years and am heart broken at the thought of leaving

There are the occasional pest issues but is always dealt with properly. Kitchens in many units are outdated.

- The doormen are always lovely!
- Elevators always available
- If anything, there’s too much water pressure!
- Laundry in building
- Large space and tall ceilings
- Only 4 apartments per floor even in lower floors
- Garbage chute on every floor
- Responsive landlord/super
Cons:
- Electric bill too high from inefficient central units
- Appliances need to be updated
- No overhead light fixtures in living spaces
Advice to owner:
Update the appliances please! It will help the space and lower the electric bill.

Awful super, inept board, MICE!

It’s in a great location.
Cons:
The super is militant, angry, conniving, self-serving, and makes life in this building unbearable. She constantly shares negative details about other tenants and complains about the board, and goes out of her way to berate tenants loudly and publicly - it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. The environment is hostile and toxic.

Run away.
Advice to owner:
Fire the super, deal with the rampant mice issue.
