Nice apartment, meh management

Beautiful apartment, clean lobby
Cons
Management isn’t great, but if you stay out of their way it’s fine. Walls are kind of thin and some neighbors are noisy. Occasional screaming and fights… also it is a non smoking building but often the halls smell like cigarettes and the cigarette smoke wafts into my apartment.

Amenities were nice, location is right by the train
Cons
Tiny apartments, moving out was a pain as they tried to keep our deposits over nothing till we sent videos showing we fixed all damages
