Beautiful building, convenient location
Pros
The amenities are nice and so are the views. The apartment building is very clean. Have had very little issues in the actual apartment.
Cons
Can smell cigarettes from my neighbors apartment occasionally. The elevator is out at random times due to the maintenance or the cleaning crew using them which can make your weight times longer. Reports of packages being stolen pretty often.

Nice apartment, meh management
Pros
Beautiful apartment, clean lobby
Cons
Management isn’t great, but if you stay out of their way it’s fine. Walls are kind of thin and some neighbors are noisy. Occasional screaming and fights… also it is a non smoking building but often the halls smell like cigarettes and the cigarette smoke wafts into my apartment.
