Okay not great

Pros

Neighbors are friendly. Have never had any issues with noise. Location is convenient to subway, restaurants and bars.

Cons

Pest control is not great. Heat during the winter is not consistent. Building management is not that responsive to issues.

Advice to the owners

Building needs to do a better job with pest control and providing heat during the winter. Bare minimum.

Ok building. Not great; Not Bad

Pros

Cheap rent stabilized. Right off eastern parkway so a little noisy but not terrible

Cons

The Super Rahul does not speak English well and is reluctant to help with any issues. So yo need to call, and then he’ll say in 3 hours, then he won’t show up, and then you call again and he won’t show up and so on. It’s annoying you really need to badger him and it’s hard to understand what he is saying and he is aggresive for no reason. But you usually don’t have to deal with this guy more than a few times a year. His son is better Building owners are unresponsive. Heat is a heat or a miss on days.
