Former tenant·2 months ago

Sad to leave after 10 years

Pros

Helpful and friendly staff that cares about tenants; spacious high-ceilinged well-maintained apartments, fair rent increases, responsive management. Unfortunately the rent eventually got too high for more space than we needed. Hoped to downsize within the building but nothing was available

Cons

Water bugs were periodically a problem and the pest control strategy of occasionally spraying units on request did not adequately address it. Bleach down the drains seemed to work. Elevators could use an upgrade aesthetically and mechanically. No railings for the few outdoor steps at main door. were hard for the elderly
