- Private Courtyard - Trash maintenance clean - Roberto maintenance guy was so friendly - Some neighbors are friendly - No broker fee and reasonable rent - Renovated kitchen, bathroom, incl dishwasher
Cons
- Roaches very heavily infested - Mice in the walls - Laundry, not enough machines, people jumping the queue to grab a machine - Hallways. a bit dirty - Elevator only in 2 of the buildings and have to cross the roof to get to
Advice to the owners
Clean up the rodent infestation

Doesnt have elevators in all the buildings
Pros
Very close to the subway
Cons
Not every building has elevators so some are walk ups, lots of rats, open hallways allow for that, neighborhood is noisy, the trash piles up and absolutely stinks
