Great view but has its faults
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great outdoor space. Gym, rooftop, and patio all great.
Cons:
Had a severe roach problem they refused to properly address. Dishwasher was always broken and they refused to address. No fan for ventilation in the bathroom. Old shit floorboards, oven, and stove.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the fixtures and find a permanent solution to the roach problem

Mostly good, a little overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
For the most part this was a great place to live. The landlord was responsive to our complaints and generally punctual with sending help over who could fix various issues. The air conditioning, heating, water, and electricity have never been an issue, and the outdoor roof
Cons:
We have had cockroaches and smaller bugs a couple of times. The dishwasher is also trash but the landlords have refused to replace it. Lastly the $8 in quarters to do a load of laundry is a slap in the face considering the high rent we pay. The lease signing process was also a bit over the top
Advice to owner:
Get a new dishwasher, stop charging $8 in quarters to do shitty laundry.

My Favorite Building in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was the second building I lived in NYC. My first building was with a big landlord that had a management office that could not care less about me. The management here was great - they would keep the building spotless and were extremely responsive whenever I had a repair. You could tell they actually cared about the building. I would have renewed for another year if my roommates and I didn’t decide to split up.
Cons:
Laundry was expensive.

A slight nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building
Pretty quiet at night
Water pressure is best I’ve ever seen in a building
Spacious units
Cons:
The building has a roach problem, a bad one
I get it exterminated in the apartment every month and still have issues
Building mangers don’t want to fix it
