Pros:
Excellent cafe built into the building.
Tall ceilings.
Lots of closet space.
Central air.
Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit.
Cons:
Drain flys run rampant all spring & summer.
Advice to owner:
Fix the fly problem, and you’ll have an all around great place here.

elevator smells like pee

Pros:
quiet on the fifth floor (except fireworks during the summer), elevator works, great location within nyc! rent stabilized.
Cons:
elevator is small and smells like urine, poor security for front door = stolen packages, lots roaches partially because of restaurants on the ground level.
Advice to owner:
pest control, increase the security to reduce package theft
