Worst Building I’ve Ever Live In!

Pros

The only good thing about this building is the neighborhood that surrounds it!

Cons

Where to begin? The building is gross and dirty, with rats literally scurrying through the lobby. The front door is always broken, allowing crack heads to loiter in the stairwell. I have been sexually assaulted just trying to walk up the stairs to my apartment. The owner Moshe Samouha will scam you out of rent, refuse to fix anything, and violently attack you when confronted. He remains on the NYC Top 100 list of Scum Lords. The apartments are full of cockroaches and mice. None of the things I’ve said are exaggerations.

Advice to the owners

Sell the property and get out of the housing market if this is how you conduct business.
