Pros
Really close to the J’M lines The general building is cleaned about once a week and the super is pretty quick to respond to issues.
Cons
The first floor tenants have used the main foyer for their storage at times, and cleaning up isn’t something that they’re held accountable for in that regard. Also, super/landlord hasn’t brought anything into the foyer to help keep mail off the ground, which everyone piles up on the floor if it’s not theirs.

Nice Building but Too Expensive
Pros
The unit is nice and it has 2 bathrooms.
Cons
Every year the management company increases the rent by an astronomical amount. One year they raised the rent by $600/month. Mail often goes missing and the neighbors make the hallway a mess.
Advice to the owners
Don't raise the rent by a crazy amount of money, it's absurd.
