Management doesn’t respond to maintenance issues but you can bet you’ll hear from them regarding your rent increase! Super is spread too thin over many buildings, does not live in the building despite what you’re told so it takes forever to have any issues addressed. They turn the boilers down in the winter so hot water is rare and heat is inconsistent. It’s below legal heat limit regularly. “Pest control” is a guy who squirts some liquid behind the fridge and leaves. Comes at 8am on a Saturday.
Advice to the owners
stop overcharging and heat the apartments appropriately.
