Bad Mgmt - Stay Away

Location Street parking
Cons:
Management is unresponsive to tenants concerns. Building is infested with roaches for months.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals to manage your property. Get rid of Tona!

New and updated appliances, floor to ceiling windows, elevator and rooftop
Cons:
Price for the size of my apartment is pretty high especially for the location and surrounding area but not a total back breaker
