Spacious and personable… but expensive

Very good square footage Lots of natural light Friendly doormen and building staff Quick response to maintenance requests Utilities included in rent
Cons
Management is extremely unresponsive Not open to much negotiation on rent 2-year lease was not offered Only accept rent via check (subjectively a con)

Prioritize keeping your good tenants!
