Abused the warrant of habitability

Pros:
Backyard, large rooms, location near transit
Cons:
Abusive landlords, rodents, multiple citations against the building for trash, building falling apart, inside temperature was below legal limits the entire winter, egregious rents for the quality of the space. Landlord illegally retaliated against tenant association rent strike.
