Great building, bad location

Pros

Updated units have modern amenities, there’s an elevator in the building, and it’s pretty clean.

Cons

The location is the biggest downside. It’s loud and the street outside is disgusting

Cons

Overrun with cockroaches and mice and even after complaints and supposed mitigation, they were still present. Absolutely disgusting!!

Advice to the owners

Fix the mice/cockroach problem. It is absolutely unacceptable!!! I’m traumatized.
