There's a little plot of land in the front, so cute for gardening stuff.
There's a rat infestation, and the structural integrity of this place is BAD! I thought the house might collapse underneath us at some point because of how bad it was.
You need to invest some serious maintenance to this home- not just bandage on bullet wound type solutions but actually sustainable and safe solutions.
