They only allow for 1 year leases and rent increase 8% every year. Regardless of how long you’ve been a tenant

Well kept building. Great location with everything you could need in a short walk. Responsive super.

Cons

Building Laundry system is more complicated than it needs to be. Mailroom closet and package delivery is a problem
