Nice, but way overpriced

Pros:
Doorwomen/men were awesome--good views depending on which apt you get.
Cons:
Very little room in the apts, not good value for the money, not a desirable part of BK Heights, elevator super slow--will make you late for things sometimes, building slow to fix things
Advice to owner:
fix the elevator to the roof

Neighbor has an annoying kid that stampedes through their apartment and the noise travels through to mine

Advice to owner:
Be more respectful to your tenants. This is a luxury building, they expect good service. Make sure the concierge desk really is staffed 24/7, provide coverage when they need to leave.
