Former tenant·12 seconds ago

Was better years ago

Pros

Nothing anymore. Used to be ok

Cons

Heat is nonexistent during nights and management dismisses complaints about heat. It was good 5 years ago now a lot of dirty people move in and it sucks. Roof leaks they just patch it up.

Advice to the owners

Be more attentive

Residential but also very racist neighborhood

Pros

Nice building, large apartments, relatively responsive on-site super.

Cons

Building management company cannot be bothered unless you're taking their order for a Dunkin Donuts iced kawfee. Neighborhood is extremely racist towards minorities and LGBT people.
