Good Building Overall

Pros

The apartments are spacious and generally well maintained. The super is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons

The heating levels can vary drastically in the winter (from extremely hot to not on at all). There can occasionally be issues with pests as well but are generally addressed quickly.
