Well-kept and nicely renovated

Pros:

GREAT super! Shoutout Christian he's awesome
Really nice private outdoor deck with greenery
Renovations were well done with new floors
Nice modern kitchen appliances
Exposed brick interior is well sealed
Great neighbors

Cons:

I had the small room and it was... small
Neighborhood can be noisy and up late
Somewhat difficult to heat/cool

AC in each room

Reliable place to live

Pros:

I lived here from 2016 - 2019, so I can’t speak to how it’s managed today. At the time I lived here, the super and owner were fantastic. The building is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Heating was tricky. Some rooms would get very hot and some rooms would be ice cold. My room was an ice cold room, so I used an electric blanket a lot.

Pros:

The building is kept clean, monthly pest control, owner is very responsive via email

Cons:

It's across from project buildings so sometimes outside I can be very noisy up to late nights.

Advice to owner:

Honestly, I have no advice to the owners the building is well kept and clean.

Close to transportation, well-managed building

Small building with a closely reviewed tenant application process so all the tenants were cordial at worst and helpful/friendly most of the time.

Cons:

Since our apartment was street facing, we encountered street racing on weekends and noise from parties in neighboring building. There was also the occasional mouse...
