No big complaints after 3 years in this building
Pros
Immaculate pest control. Building sprayed monthly and individual units are always offered complimentary spray. I've seen one roach here in my bathroom a couple years back and convinced it just crawled up by drain. Rooftop is very nice, building is kept up well by supers. Thick walls and noise is minimal (save for all the honking on Myrtle Ave, which is unavoidable).
Cons
Nothing big. Package theft from time to time, but very rare and happens everywhere. Neighbors are mostly homeowners that have been here for years--trends towards Gen-X couples and young families. I guess one con is that high ceilings and large windows drives utility costs up. If I owned our place, would consider investing in windows for energy and noise.
