quiet old building with small units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are great. Management is relatively responsive and nice but it takes a while to get things done.
Cons:
Small and on a busy street
The management is subpar at best.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent apartment. Location. Cool neighbors.
Cons:
The heat is constantly going off in the cold months, for years. The management takes a very mediocre approach to getting the heat back to working. It can can be a couple, to a few days, before the heat is restored.
Advice to owner:
Permanently fix the heating system!
