Loving it so far!!
Pros
I really like how clean and well maintained the place is for the most part. The staff is super friendly and it is very practical to have a cafe in the lobby. The maintenance staff is very nice and is always working.
Cons
Sometimes the elevators have issues and it can be really scary if you're inside one. The times that the elevator has not worked I have had to climb many floors to my apartment because the FDNY would've taken a long time.
Advice to the owners
Have better communication from the manager, he picks and chooses who/what to reply to.
