Solid building, not much sunlight if facing north

Pros

Pretty clean, doormen are nice, super is prompt with fixing

Cons

The north facing units have little sunlight due to being blocked by taller buildings on all sides

Clean and nice - no complaints

Pros

Very quick to resolve any issues within your unit (ie washer stopped working and they replaced it with a brand new washer in a day)

Cons

the change for heat to A/C & voice versa is centrally controlled
