Spacious and cute, backyard access.
Persistent rat infestation in the walls and basement the management won’t send a true pest company to solve leading to putrid smell of death weekly and noise nightly. One of the two bedrooms is not insulated, gets below 40degrees in the winter, unlivable even after sealing the door/window and adding thick floor to ceiling curtains along the entire back wall.
