Pros

Nice and clean building

Cons

One of the tenants living in the building has a serious problem . She keeps banging on the walls at strange times

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Avoid if you can at all cost

Pros

Near the subway

Cons

An amazingly beautiful apartment building that deserves a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the the crazy family living on the 2nd flood. I moved out with my family after being traumatized by their crazy behavior whenever there’s a sand grain size noise. If someone sneezes too loud or starts cooking in the kitchen they start banging on the wall like insane people. The husband is always in the garage escaping the nut house. They’re full on nightmare of neighbors. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
