Pretty Good Place
Pros
Apartment was nice and building management was pretty good. Didn’t have major issues during the time I lived there (3 years).
Cons
Walls were a little thin. My first neighbors were very respectful of it, but second neighbors less so.
Advice to the owners
Property owner was pretty good.

Solid first place in the city
Pros
Not much to compare it to since this is my first apartment in the city but overall a positive experience
Cons
lots of outside noise from new building being created, walls can be thin
