Money Hungry Criminals
Former Tenant
Pros:
The other tenants and I are able to bond over the mutual hatred of our landlord. Neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
Freezing all winter. My ceiling was leaking slime for 4 months. My power went out 2 days with no explanation. When they do send someone to repair you can tell they hate their job, are clearly underpaid, and aren’t qualified nor interested in fixing the problem. Unfortunately they are hard to communicate with because they don’t yet speak English. (Not their fault - this is all on the landlord. I hope they find better jobs.)

Again, I’m freezing as I type this sitting in front of my space heater.
Advice to owner:
Get a job. Use the money you make actually contributing to society to pay your laborers and keep the heat on. Stop forcing us to live in these conditions because you decided to buy property and accumulate passive income.
