Pros

Doorman building, laundry on every floor

Cons

Upstairs neighbor made loud noise all hours of the day and night with no recourse

Former tenant·4 months ago

Great building, wonderful management

Pros

LOCATION! Super and building staff. Central heat and air, very spacious, well maintained and cared for.

Cons

I honestly don't have a lot of complaints. A neighbor smoked in their apartment and you could smell it in ours, but that's not the building's sault

Advice to the owners

Dissuade smokers from smoking in their apartment if you can
