Reviews

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Not bad for the price

Pros

Location is great, apartment has a lot of character/charm

Cons

Maintenance/upkeep does not seem great, ceiling leaks and damage, warped wood floors, mold in the bathroom, landlord not really responsive

Advice to the owners

Take better care of your building

Former tenant·4 months ago

lovely building, nice neighbors!

Pros

beautiful windows, beautiful floors, great neighborhood, easy walk to the park

Cons

Maintenance is a little slow & often just puts band-aids on issues rather than actually fixing things. Heat will sometimes come on when it’s 60 degrees out but not when it’s 20 degrees out.
