Continue on, place your dining room table and your 3 couches or create a comfortableoffice space near one of the many windows. The white kitchen with all whiteappliances has plenty of storage, counter space and a pass through that can fit two stools to keep the chef comfortable. Walk into the bedroom and place your two Kingsized beds, 3 dressers, create an office space and still be comfortable. Open up the wall of closets and peruse your clothing. The full bath has all that you will need. The giant windows throughout allow daylight and city lights inwith solar blinds on all. Hudson View East has a gracious marble lobby, 24-hour concierge, a full-time manager, and a w/d on each floor. Outsideback is a beautiful private planted sitting area with barbecues and waterfalls. There are 2 parking spots for short term parking. You will be living in a wonderful neighborhood in Manhattan. World-Class shopping, the best parks with soccer, and baseball fields and the beautiful esplanade on the Hudson River. Stroll through Brookfield Place with Madison Avenue stores and delicious dining options including 7high-end fast-food restaurants upstairs. Choose from Danny Meyers offerings, Parm and El Vez. on Vesey. Across West Street, you have Westfield Mall with every subway line converging under The World Trade Center. Walk across West Street and shop in WholeFoods, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, and Century 21. Enjoy eating at Sara Beths, The Palm, Locanda Verde, and many more restaurants on Greenwich St. Always walk back on the Esplanade.
