401 E 76
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really reasonable rent and management repairs everything in a reasonable time frame
Cons:
Sometimes it gets noisy at the pub and if you have a window over the patio the noise leaks in.

Staff rude, unresponsive and aggressive. Do not come on the phone or respond
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ideally located. No rodents.
Cons:
Building heat problematic. In 5 F temperatures over the winter spell apartment was usually at 65 F
Advice to owner:
Revamp staff and customer service sensitization. Address heat issues to a minimum of 68 F as per policy.
