Deplorable Landlord - Stay Away

Nothing to like about this building
Cons
The landlord is slimy. They have no moral compass and will do whatever they can to make your rental experience miserable. If something is wrong they are extremely difficult to work with to fix it. They are currently being sued by two different tenants for their lack of providing heat to the tenants.

Not bad, not great
Pros
Location and proximity to trains. Laundry in unit (select units)
Cons
Hallways/staircases hardly ever cleaned. Front door breaks once every other week, leading to stollen packages or getting locked out. Water leakage from pipes and bathroom vents. Lights are not changeable and hospital white. Floors are poorly done.
