Pros
Brownstone, clean neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby and easy commute to work.
Cons
Landlord is a very mean grumpy old man and he talks to me like I’m a piece of trash laying in the sidewalk.

Good landlord, old building
Pros
Rent stabilized, reliable and generally clean.
Cons
Old window screens that can't be replaced. Mosquitoes enter in the warm months and are very pesky. Can't run AC due to old electric.
