Good first apartment
Pros
Quiet neighbors 2 bus lines near by Shopping center 30 min walk away Backyard The owners are really nice people. If you need anything they always respond in a timely manner.
Cons
No air conditioning No oven Tiles and doorknobs falling off not even 4 months in No pets Laundry pretty bit of a walk Not a lot of storage room Really hot in the summer time Cockroaches Ants
Advice to the owners
Get an air conditioner in this basement it gets extremely hot during the summer time, and the windows are too small to fit one in. Get an oven it’s hard to cook things in general when there is no oven.
